📍 Eligibility
Returns are accepted for orders within India only.
We do not accept returns for international orders at this time.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
⏱️ Time window
You must raise your return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Once approved, the item must reach us within 7 days of the request being raised.
💳 Resolution
All approved returns are issued as store credit only — we do not offer refunds.
Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
📦 Shipping
You can self-ship the item to our store address (shared once your request is approved), or if you don't have a way to send it, we can arrange a pickup.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from your store credit amount.
