How much return processing time?
Once your return request is approved, the process is initiated promptly. At Puri Emporio, returns are accepted in the form of store credit. After the returned item is received and verified, the store credit is issued to the customer. The validity of the store credit is one month from the date of issue, and it must be used within this period.
Who Pays the Shipping charges for Exchange products?
We provide a convenient pick-up service for locations covered by our logistics partners. Once a Exchange request is submitted, we will arrange pick-up services from your location if available. If pick-up services are not available, you will need to self-ship the product. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
