Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?
We provide a convenient pick-up service for locations covered by our logistics partners. Once a return request is submitted, we will arrange pick-up services from your location if available. If pick-up services are not available, you will need to self-ship the product. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Our partner will arrange the pick-up within 2 to 5 business days., Please ensure the items are securely packed, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
